Frank X. Dalton is a founder and partner of Fulcrum Equity Partners based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Frank was a General Partner with Cordova Ventures and the managing director of Cordova Intellimedia Ventures, L.P., a $41 million early-stage/seed fund launched in 2000. In addition, he has experience as the former CEO of Market Velocity, Inc., the former Chairman and CEO of Axonn, LLC, the former CFO of Caetec Systems, and an audit partner with BDO’s Atlanta office. He started his career with Ernst Ernst and has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. He is currently a board member of Digital Hands, PhishLabs, and Feathr. Frank has over 20 years of experience in private investing; being involved directly and indirectly in over 125 investments. Mr. Dalton is a board member of the Southern Capital Forum, member of the Atlanta Technology Angels, member of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, member of the Association of Corporate Growth-Tampa Chapter, board member of the Florida Venture Forum and member of the Gold Coast Venture Capital Association. He is also on the advisory board for the Faber Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of South Carolina.
Hojae John LeeCEO & Co-Founder, Servlytics
John Lee has experience in realizing packet processing solutions using FPGA. With his expertise in optical telecom systems and hardware-based inline network security systems, he designed 40Gbps Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) boards and scalable 100Gbps system architecture suitable for inline network security hub. He also realized the asymmetric hashing technique for data encryption and decryption for secure data transfers. John contributed to SONET/SDH system developments & deployments and the international standardizations when he worked for ETRI in Korea in the early 1990s.
Ron IndeckCEO, Q-Net Security
Ronald S. Indeck, PhD received degrees from the University of Minnesota. He is CEO of Q-Net Security and a Director, Founder, and Technology Advisor to Exegy and VelociData. He was a National Science Foundation Research Fellow at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan. From 1988 to 2009 he was in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Washington University where he was the Das Family Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center for Security Technologies. He has published more than 60 peer reviewed technical papers and been awarded more than a hundred patents including MagnePrint. He has received many awards including the NSF Presidential Young Investigator Award from President Bush, the Missouri Bar Association Inventor of the Year, the IBM Faculty Development Award, the Washington University Distinguished Faculty Award, the IEEE Centennial Key to the Future Award, and the IEEE Young Professional Award. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, member of the American Physical Society, and many other professional organizations. He has served on many local committees and group activities, was on the board of the FBI InfraGard, chaired sessions and served several international conferences including General Chairman for International Magnetics Conference, was an editor for the IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, President of the IEEE Magnetics Society, and IEEE Magnetics Society Distinguished Lecturer.

Sal Phillips is an associate attorney in the Technology Transactions and Data Privacy practice group. He regularly advises clients on issues of breach response, risk assessment and management, policies and procedures, table top exercises, information security due diligence associated with corporate transactions, and implementing compliance programs under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS). Sal has extensive experience with U.S. and international privacy laws. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E) and the United States (CIPP/US). Before joining Polsinelli, he worked for an international law firm, where he assisted large and small entities with incident response and other emerging privacy and data security challenges, including compliance with newly enacted laws.
